Award winning used electric vehicle retailers and experts will share their knowledge of how to make a success of the challenging market at AM Live this year.
The one day event, brought to you by AM, the National Franchised Dealer Association (NFDA) and premium sponsor Phyron, is back at the NEC, near Birmingham on November 13.
This best practice sales session, sponsored by INDICATA, part of Autorola Group, will feature Sam Luscombe, sales director at Luscombe Motors and Nathan Tomlinson, managing director of Devonshire Motors, who were named as EV dealership of the year and EV advocate of the year at this year’s AM Awards.
Another AM Award winning business, Fords of Winsford, will also be joining the panel, with tips from general manager Kevin Cartwright on how the used car supermarket gets “smiles per mile with an EV” for the group’s customers.
Each of the panellists will give their views on how they have navigated the turbulent used EV market, with uncertain residual values creating a “who dares wins” environment for those brave enough to look for opportunities.
Success with used EV sales is of course taking a scientific approach to values and tracking the market, but also offering a comprehensive approach to customer consultations and education, recognising the pivotal role it plays in dispelling misconceptions and addressing concerns surrounding EV ownership.
AM Live is free to attend for franchised and independent dealer professionals and offers four dedicated seminar theatres and an exhibition hall packed with the latest innovations from the UK’s leading automotive retail suppliers.
AM Live also provides an unrivalled opportunity to network and interact with peers and manufacturer representatives to explore how automotive retail will transform in 2024 and beyond, all while equipping delegates with strategies to future-proof their businesses.
